This is a document explaining the role and expected conduct of Councillors.
The policy applies to all staff, volunteers, Parish Councillors and the general public. The policy has been drawn up in response to and in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
This complaints procedure is designed for those complaints that cannot be satisfied by less formal measures or explanations provided to the complainant by the Parish Clerk or Chairman.
